How to Identify a Topaz XL 310 vs 410?
When trying to identify the model type of a Topaz XL, please reference the 3 areas listed below. The areas highlighted in red, draw attention to the key differences between the Topaz XL 310 and 410.
DIAGNOSTIC PANEL
The Topaz XL 310 has a RED soft reset button.
The Topaz XL 410 has a BLACK soft reset button.
BACK PANEL
The Topaz XL 310 has Metal audio jacks side by side.
The Topaz XL 410 has a Red and Green audio jacks above each, to the right of an HDMI jack.
LABEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TOPAZ
The label on the bottom of the unit will list the Part Number showing 310 or 410.
