Commander Central User Guide

Verifone Commander Central lets you manage sites, users, reports, and configuration from one place.

Use this guide to onboard sites, control access, monitor activity, and push supported changes remotely.

What you can do

  • Build a business hierarchy that matches your organization.

  • Add and manage sites one at a time or in bulk.

  • Control access with roles, account types, and user setup.

  • Monitor site status, reports, and cloud connectivity.

  • Configure supported site and payment settings remotely.

Some forms only work on supported Commander software releases. Unsupported forms show an upgrade message in the application.

Manage your organization

Configure sites remotely

Site Configuration is the main entry point for cloud-managed site settings.

It includes store operations, promotions, payment operations, and forecourt-related setup.

Use these sections for specific feature areas:

Key requirements

  • Supported Commander software starts at release 53.35+.

  • Use a current version of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on a computer.

  • Sites need a supported Commander, MNSP, and broadband access.

How sync works

  • Changes sent from Commander Central apply immediately.

  • Local Commander changes sync to Commander Central every 15 minutes.

  • You can force a refresh from Tools → Refresh Configuration in Configuration Client.

  • Replicate Configuration can copy supported datasets from one site to multiple sites.
