Commander Fleet Services
Commander Fleet Services allows C-Site Administrators to self-enroll one or more of their sites into the Commander Fleet subscription program directly from the Verifone Portal, without requiring manual back office coordination.
The Commander Fleet subscription enables fleet card acceptance at the site. Pricing is determined automatically based on whether the site has Commander Payments active:
Sites with Commander Payments active
Sites without Commander Payments
Subscriptions are monthly, auto-renewing, and managed through the 2Checkout payment gateway. Once subscribed, the site's status updates automatically as AMDOCS provisions the Commander Fleet entitlement.
Navigation: Verifone Commander Central > Administration > Site Management > Services.

Only users with the C-Site Administrator (PETRO_SITE_ADMIN) role can access the Commander Fleet Services page and initiate a subscription. Other role types are redirected away from this page.
Eligibility & Pricing
When the Commander Fleet Services page loads, Commander Central displays each site managed by the administrator along with its eligibility status and monthly price. This data is determined automatically — no manual input is required.
The following table describes the eligibility states a site may display:
Eligible
Yes — Sign Up button shown
The site meets all requirements for Commander Fleet enrollment: the site has an active Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) license, a complete site address, and no existing active Commander Fleet subscription.
Subscribed
No — Subscribed badge shown
The site already has an active Commander Fleet subscription provisioned by Amdocs.
Awaiting Activation
No — 'Awaiting activation from Amdocs' shown
Payment has been accepted by 2Checkout but AMDOCS has not yet provisioned the Commander Fleet entitlement. The site will transition to Subscribed automatically once AMDOCS confirms activation.
Site Solution Inactive
No — Sign Up hidden
The site's Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) license has expired or is not present. Renew the ASM license before attempting to enroll the site in Commander Fleet.
Incomplete Address
No — Sign Up hidden
The site is missing one or more required address fields (street address, city, ZIP code, state, or country). Update the site address before attempting enrollment.
Pricing is determined automatically based on each site's Commander Payments status at the time of enrollment. If a site's Commander Payments status changes after enrollment, the monthly price is not automatically updated. Contact Verifone support if a billing adjustment is required.
Subscribing to Commander Fleet
Navigate to Commander Fleet Services
Log in to the Verifone Portal as a C-Site Administrator.
Navigate to Administration > Site Management > Services.
Select Commercial Fleet from the Select Service drop-down menu. The page displays all sites managed by your account with their eligibility status, monthly price, and a Sign Up button for eligible sites.
Initiate Sign Up for an Eligible Site
Locate the site you want to enroll. Sites showing a Sign Up button are eligible for Commander Fleet. Sites that are ineligible display a status indicator instead of a Sign Up button (see Eligibility & Pricing for details).
Click Sign Up next to the site you want to enroll. A sign-up panel opens on the right side of the screen.

Review and Confirm Site Details
In the sign-up panel, review the pre-filled site information:
Site name and Service ID
Monthly price
Site address
Company name and email address
These fields are read-only and are drawn from the site's existing record in Verifone Commander Central.
Read the terms and conditions.
Select the checkbox to confirm: “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions and site compatibility requirements.”
Click Purchase Now. The 2Checkout payment form opens within the portal.
Complete Payment
In the 2Checkout payment form, enter your payment details:
Card number
Expiration date
Security code (CVV)
Review the billing details. The Delivery Address and Company Name are pre-filled from C-Site and cannot be edited in the payment form.
Review and accept the 2Checkout Terms & Conditions.
Click Place Order to submit the payment. The payment is processed securely by 2Checkout. Card data does not pass through Verifone systems.
If your card is declined, an error message displays within the payment form. Correct the card details and try again — the form remains open and you do not need to restart the sign-up process.
Activation
After a successful payment, the portal displays an activation-in-progress screen while Amdocs provisions the Commander Fleet entitlement for the site. The site's status on the Services page updates to “Awaiting activation from Amdocs.” After Amdocs confirms the entitlement, the site status updates automatically to Subscribed. This may take a short time to reflect. No further action is required.
To confirm the Commander Fleet subscription is active, navigate to Administration > Site Management > Services > Commercial Fleet and locate your site. A Subscribed status confirms the entitlement has been provisioned.
