{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Check the Pinpad power cable

Trace the power cable from the back of the Pinpad to the UPS or wall outlet.

Reseat both ends.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### If there is no direct power cable, check the berg connector

If the cable is not connected at the back of the Pinpad, trace the Pinpad cable to the berg connector.

The berg connector is about the size of a candy bar.

The Pinpad power cord connects there, then runs to the wall outlet.
