Add or Remove Employee in C-store

Us this guide to add employee or remove requests in Config Client to L2.

Use this when a site cannot add or remove an employee in Config Client.

This applies when the option is blocked, missing, or not allowed for L1.

This is a security-restricted action and must be escalated to L2.

Symptoms

  • A site cannot remove an employee.

  • L1 is blocked from making the change.

Most likely cause: Security restrictions prevent L1 from completing this action.

Before you start

  • Confirm the request is specifically for Config Client.

  • Do not attempt the change as L1.

  • Gather the site details.

  • Gather the employee name and requested action.
