C-Site Enrollment Questions

This guide answers the C-Site enrollment questions during Commander onboarding.

This covers Commander onboarding questions about creating or enrolling a C-Site account.

C-Site enrollment is not handled by Circle K or Verifone support.

Symptoms

You may see one or more of the following:

  • A site asks if they need a C-Site account.

  • A caller asks how to enroll in C-Site.

  • A caller wants Circle K or Verifone to set up C-Site.

Before you start

  • Confirm the question is about C-Site enrollment.

  • Do not promise setup or enrollment.

  • Verifone frontline agents can confirm whether an account exists.

  • Circle K is not currently enrolling sites in C-Site.

How to handle the request

Confirm the request

Make sure the caller is asking about C-Site enrollment, not another Commander setup step.

Explain the support scope

Tell the caller that C-Site enrollment is managed outside Circle K and Verifone support.

If needed, a Verifone frontline agent can check whether an account already exists.

Can Verifone enroll a Circle K(CK) site in C-Site?

No. Verifone can only confirm whether an account exists.

Does Circle K want sites using C-Site?

Not currently. Do not guide the site through enrollment.
