In Configuration Client, navigate to:

Security > Site Security

When the One-Time Password dialog displays:

On the Pair POS screen, select the blue Pair POS button.

A Pairing OTP keypad/dialog displays on the POS.

6

In Configuration Client, select Retrieve Pairing OTP and note the 6-digit pairing session OTP.

7

Enter the OTP and complete pairing

Enter the 6-digit Pairing Session OTP on the POS and select OK.

Notes:

  • The OK button is not active until 6 digits are entered.

  • If the OTP is entered incorrectly, retrieve a new pairing session OTP.

  • If “Unable to pair, please try again” displays, select Pair POS again within 2 minutes. Otherwise, restart the Pairing Service.

The message “Processing, please wait...” displays and then “Successfully Paired” displays. Select OK to close the message.

Repeat these steps on each POS (register) if you have multiple registers.
